Seeing her friends with their grandmas makes Tessa wish she has one of her own. Mum wishes Tessa had one too, so she takes Tessa to Lakeview Retirement Village for 'Adopt A Grandparent Day'. Tessa meets lots of lovely old ladies, but while her mother makes new friends, Tessa spots Ivy in the corner of the room, looking lonely. She decides to ask her to be her grandma.
