When Gran was younger, she set fire to her bra. Not because she was annoyed with her underwear, but because some attitudes were old and unfair. She burnt it in protest because, in her day, there were people who claimed women were not as important as men. Back in the 'dinosaur days' when Gran was younger, women were only allowed to cook and clean, despite what they wanted and their capabilities for different jobs. But Gran joined the revolution and became a bra-burning dinosaur-hunting expert, although she prefers to call herself a palaeontologist.
