The first few stories in this collection are historical. They include First Nations stories about how the crows became black, why emus can't fly and how the kangaroos wanted to be people. The second set of stories is about First Nation students who grew up at the Mount Margaret Mission. A lovely collection of stories for any kid to read, with valuable messages about humility.
