Old Testament, New Testament, Moses, grumbling, gratefulness, giving, Jesus

The Bible's Old Testament is full of moments that point to Jesus. This book follows the Jesus Moments throughout Moses's story. Three days into the desert after escaping Egypt, Israel finds water too bitter to drink and grumble. God shows Moses a piece of wood to throw in the water, turning it sweet and delicious to drink. Israel soon begins to grumble again, though, wanting food to eat. God tells Moses that he will make food rain down from above for them to eat. Just like God had food fall from the sky, Jesus would provide food to a hungry crowd on a mountain. A fascinating look at Old Testament stories and their connection to the New Testament.
