Mary only likes video games. However, after her parents die, she has to move in with her uncle, who forbids technology despite never being home. Her uncle is still grieving the loss of his husband and travelling frequently to cope. While he is away, Mary makes friends with the neighbour, Dickon, and her cousin, a boy named Colin, who also lives in the house but Mary has never met before. Mary also starts to rebuild the garden. It was deeply loved by her uncle's husband and left in shambles after he passed. A sweet story about finding your family and helping others through grief.
