When the wish sisters, Birdie and Flick, get together with their family and friends for a gingerbread house making session, anything is possible. Because baby Birdie has a chance to wish and the Imp is feeling very Christmasy, Flick is constantly on edge. The girls invite over the neighbours and other family friends to share the time, especially since Mrs Mortlake is missing her family in Scotland, just like Flick is missing Grandma Aggie (who gave Birdie the wishes!). An action packed afternoon includes a major travel prize for Mrs Mortlake, dancing gingerbreads, and snow. When Birdie then unwishes everything, it looks like Mrs Mortlake will miss out on her trip. Luckily, she actually does win! Imp and Birdie set up a pool in their yard (since it’s hot again!) and there is no wish twisting, as all Imp wants to do is relax in the newly wished pool.
