Some sharks and their close relatives lay eggs, which are protected in egg cases that come in lots of shapes and sizes. Once a baby shark has wriggled out, these egg cases wash up on beaches around the world just waiting to be found. Join our citizen scientists as they enjoy a day at the beach and discover some weird and wonderful shark egg cases. You may even be inspired to become an egg case hunter yourself!
