What if your troubles could all vanish at the stroke of a pen? For Xander Beeston, this dream comes true when a mysterious little man dressed as a wizard sells him an antique pen. Anything Xander draws comes true! At first, he starts small... dealing with his bullies, for example. But Xander's wish list becomes bigger as he sees what the pen is capable of. Yet even healing his sister from her disability and helping his family win an enormous amount of money doesn't bring Xander lasting happiness. He begins to see that it's worth working hard for the good things in life, and easy solutions aren't always the best ones.
